Attorneys with Sidley Austin filed a copyright infringement suit last week on behalf of the online fashion retailer SHEIN against a top competitor, Temu, accusing the Chinese e-commerce platform of using the plaintiff’s photographs of apparel to sell its own products, as consumers proceed with a data privacy suit in a separate matter.
