Capital One Financial was flooded with class actions accusing it of stealing affiliate marketing commissions from online influencers in Virginia federal court this month.
At least eight class actions against Capital One, which maintains its headquarters in McLean, Virginia, have been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia between Jan. 6 and Jan. 28.
