In re Reed

The D.C. Court of Appeals, in this reciprocal disciplinary proceeding, ordered respondent Christopher H. Reed suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of three years. The D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility had recommended that the court impose this discipline, which is identical in all material respects to the discipline ordered on the respondent by the Supreme Court of Arizona, despite the urging by D.C. Bar Counsel to recommend disbarment. Bar Counsel now, however, takes no exception to the recommended discipline.
