Natex Corp. v. Paris Independent School District

Paris Independent School District brought suit against an architectural firm. After the trial court denied the firm's motion to dismiss, the firm brought this interlocutory appeal. The firm maintains that dismissal is required because PISD failed to file a certificate of merit pursuant to Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code �150.002 when suit was initially filed against the firm. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Texarkana Court of Appeals, No. 06-10-00052-CV, 11-1-2010
