After a bench trial, James Bay was convicted of three counts relating to possession and manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bay appeals the district court’s denial of his motions to*fn1 suppress evidence and statements. He argues that the initial seizure of his person that led to the discovery of the evidence in question was an unlawful investigatory detention because he was inside his home at the time that it occurred. Because the district court did not clearly err in finding that Bay was outside his home at the time that he was seized, we affirm the decision of the district court.
