In Re: Minnfee

The relator in this application for writ of mandamus complains that the district clerk has failed to file a document titled "Civil Case Information Sheet." Texas Government Code §22.221 expressly limits the mandamus jurisdiction of the courts of appeals to writs necessary to enforce the jurisdiction of the court of appeals and writs against specified district or county court judges in the court of appeals district. The application is denied for lack of jurisdiction. Amarillo Court of Appeals, No. 07-12-0119-CV, 04-18-2012.
