OPINION

A jury found appellant, Brenda Fay Nelson, guilty of the offense of murder,*fn1 and the trial court assessed her punishment at confinement for 40 years. In five issues, appellant contends that the evidence is insufficient to support her conviction, either as the primary actor or as a party to the murder, and the trial court erred in submitting an instruction to the jury on law of parties, denying her motion to suppress her statement, and admitting hearsay evidence.
