One of three young men charged with making paintball attacks on Alaska Natives last January has reached a plea agreement in which he will admit videotaping the incidents, prosecutors said. The Alaska Federation of Natives said it planned to protest the plea agreement at the man's sentencing, calling the attacks hate crimes that were "one step short of using real bullets."
