In response to congressional concerns due to recent terrorist and cybercrime events, the FBI plans to implement structural and managerial changes. The proposed changes, which include efforts to modernize investigation technology and improve communications with law enforcement and the larger community, will hopefully enable the Bureau to successfully combat terrorist activity and high-tech crimes.
