DLA Piper said the deal, which its equity partners approved June 21, marks the largest ever transaction in the legal market of Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. EY Law CIS, previously associated with Ernst & Young, said its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, tax, finance, real estate, intellectual property and energy offers the “perfect match” for DLA Piper.
