Putting aside the debate over whether law firms should view alternative legal service providers and the Big Four as competitors or complementary players, representatives from both sides found common ground Wednesday on the importance of generating trust among clients.

Christopher Bennett, a senior account manager with legal department workflow automation provider Onit, led a Legalweek panel discussion, highlighting that in order to be most effective in their work, all providers must focus on trust first.
