As law firms duke it out over the highly competitive market for talent, they should be looking at ways to bolster retention as well as broaden their search for new additions, according to a Legalweek panel Wednesday facilitated by Emily Miniger, managing director at alternative legal services provider Epiq.
The panel, composed of Shearman & Sterling COO and co-executive director Geline Midouin, MassMutual’s head of legal operations Christine Juhasz, and American Public Media Group’s general counsel and chief corporate development officer Michael Lewis, also spoke on management strategies to strengthen employee satisfaction.
