Adobe’s Senior Director and Associate General Counsel J. Scott Evans said it is a company’s responsibility to build guardrails to prevent misuse of AI tools, but it cannot be done in a siloed fashion. It needs to be multifunctional and thought of from many perspectives.
“You need to bring in your HR department, your procurement department, your operations team. You need to find out if there are teams that have operational heads within their team and bring all of those together and that’s how you build guardrails,” he said.
