Purdue Pharma LP board chairman Robert Steve Miller pleaded guilty on behalf of the company Tuesday afternoon to three criminal charges involving kickbacks and conspiracy.
The guilty pleas were made in a virtual Zoom hearing, which 80 people witnessed, in front of New Jersey federal judge Madeline Cox Arleo during a 52-minute hearing.
