Mederic Daigneault has joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in the firm’s financial services regulatory practice in Hartford.
Most recently a senior director with National Regulatory Services, Daigneault spent more than two decades working closely with national and international financial services firms, advisers and fund managers. He has assisted hundreds of firms in fulfilling regulatory obligations, resolving material compliance violations and navigating SEC examinations.
