Am Law 100 firm Holland & Knight has reportedly given some of its associates year-end bonuses, mostly matching Milbank’s year-end bonus.

The scale of the bonuses depends on where the associates are located and how many hours they billed in 2024, according to a report from Above the Law confirmed by a Holland & Knight spokesperson. The scale varied between a base bonus of $10,000 to $115,000 with some associates getting a special bonus added onto the base. Industry observers have speculated over how many Am Law 100 firms would match Milbank’s special year-end bonus, and Holland & Knight delivered for some of its associates.
