Alston & Bird says an experienced dealmaker is among three new partners who moved from Sidley Austin to help it open its first office in Chicago and expand its presence in Los Angeles.
Dave Zampa, who focuses on M&A transactions, and real estate finance lawyer Erin Felchner will join veteran Alston & Bird litigators Tery Gonsalves and Chaka Patterson in opening the firm’s first Chicago office.
