Morris, Manning & Martin this week promoted its longtime marketing leader to a new position designed to help the firm grow in a number of key areas, including talent and revenue.

The Atlanta-founded firm named Kate Pearch as its first chief strategy officer, where she’ll work with the managing partner on growing Morris Manning’s lateral talent, client base and revenue while still overseeing its marketing and business development efforts.
