The Delaware Supreme Court has elevated Jessica L. Tyler, previously deputy disciplinary counsel, to lead the court office that oversees attorney discipline across the state.

Tyler, who has been with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel since June 2022, will serve as the office’s chief disciplinary counsel, the court announced on Thursday, replacing David A. White, who held the position since March 2021. Previously, Tyler was a shareholder with Marshall Dennehey and practiced civil litigation defense in the firm’s Wilmington office. She served as a law clerk to Family Court judges Mark D. Buckworth and Jay H. Conner.
