A&O Shearman has hired veteran Latham & Watkins finance partner Michel Houdayer to join its Paris debt finance global practice group, aiming to boost the firm’s French and pan-European leveraged finance capabilities and reinforce its position in the French and global markets.
Houdayer joins A&O Shearman after more than 18 years at Latham, including nine as a partner, according to Houdayer’s LinkedIn profile.
