Singapore’s Chief Justice, Sundaresh Menon, has called attention to young lawyers’ inclination to leave legal practice in the city-state, urging  law firms to inculcate sustainable practices in workplaces.

Menon’s remarks, which came as part of his speech at the final session of the Supreme Courts’ Conversations with the Community series, described the issue of “sustainability of legal practice for young lawyers” as a “significant concern.”
