Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is in the process of defending a claim brought by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska and other parties.
Deripaska is seeking the identity of the procurers of a report, known as the ‘Glavstroy report’, which, the court heard, would have had an “extremely significant impact upon the sum” that a tribunal had ordered Deripaska and others to pay a former business partner in a related case, potentially “increasing the sum to c. $250 to 400 million”, according to court documents.
