Dentons Germany has elected corporate and M&A partner Rebekka Hye-Knudsen and corporate partner and notary Matthias Santelmann as Germany’s co-managing partners, the first time the multinational has had a gender-split leadership team in Germany. The duo succeed Andreas Ziegenhagen, who will continue to serve as European head of restructuring.

Denttons has also had a wider shakeup in its German offices, with Dirk-Reiner Voss appointed as Berlin managing partner and Daniel Fritz taking over in Frankfurt.
