A&O Shearman, Kirkland & Ellis, Macfarlanes and Latham & Watkins are acting on the sale of professional services firm Evelyn Partners’ accounting business to private equity firm Apax for £700 million.
The transaction will result in two standalone businesses: one being Evelyn Partners, a U.K. wealth manager, and the second a newly rebranded S&W, a professional services firm.
