Denton Wilde Sapte's Qatar office has picked up two lawyers from the local arm of Texas outfit Patton Boggs to beef up its fledgling operation. Energy partner Leigh Hall takes on the role of local managing partner, while counsel Safwan Moubaydeen will oversee the Qatari law offering. Hall has been based in Qatar since 2003 and has experience of working in the Middle East since 1995. His practice focuses on the energy, finance and Islamic finance sectors.
