    Dentons toughens partner exit terms after LLP switch

    Denton Wilde Sapte's partners have signed up to an extended 12-month notice period following the firm's conversion to limited liability partnership (LLP) status earlier this month. The notice period for a junior equity partner has been extended from six months to nine months, while a senior equity partner's notice period is up from nine months to 12.
