Reed Smith has re-elected veteran managing partner Greg Jordan to serve a fifth term, following an uncontested vote. The three-year term will take Jordan through to the end of 2015 and, having been first elected in 2001, makes him the longest-serving leader in the firm's history. He also sits as the chair of the top 25 US law firm's senior management team and executive committee.

Samad's practice focuses on film and media financing, structured finance, co-production funding and tax. The non-exclusive alliance, which took effect earlier this month, extends an informal working relationship between the pair which started two years ago.
