    Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Jones Day have advised on the $1.4bn (£685m) acquisition of Airtricity North America by E.ON. Skadden advised regular client Airtricity on the sale of its US wind farm operations after being instructed in the first half of the year.
