    Transparency tops agenda at LW Private Equity Forum

    Jeremy Hand, the vice chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, will call for greater transparency in the sector during his keynote speech at the Legal Week Private Equity Forum.     High-profile banking partner Jonathan Nabarro has left Weil Gotshal & Manges after little more than two years with the New York firm, it has emerged. Weil confirmed that Nabarro, who was co-head of the firm's Paris banking practice, left the firm on 31 March. His next move is as yet unconfirmed.
