Clarion Solicitors has hired senior Addleshaw Goddard lawyer Richard Port to head up its employment practice. Port joined the newly-launched Leeds firm last month as a partner after a spell with Addleshaws' local arm, where he was a senior associate. Port becomes the 13th partner at Clarion, which was forged following an unusual buy-out by six junior equity partners at legacy Leeds and Harrogate practice McCormicks earlier this year.
