After encountering Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on the other side of recent years’ negotiations, a Schulte Roth & Zabel private investment funds partner is moving to the Philadelphia-born global firm’s New York office.
Leonora Shalet, who represents clients in the formation of a wide variety of investment vehicles including offshore credit funds, hedge funds and hybrid funds, said she was contacted by Morgan Lewis after sitting on the opposite side of negotiations from her new colleagues, representing fund managers and investors.
