What are your proudest accomplishments in the area of diversity and inclusion in law?
One of my top priorities as co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s M&A Practice Group is to ensure that our diverse associates receive opportunities to work in client-facing roles on our most high-profile matters. Through these opportunities, our diverse associates are able to build their legal skills, bolster their confidence, and cultivate the close relationships with partners and clients that they will need to succeed in this industry. I am proud to support the professional growth of our diverse junior lawyers in this way and honored to help create this culture of opportunity.
