The long-awaiting re-sentencing of a cooperating witness in the last series of public corruption trials to shake New York City will now occur in June, a judge ruled on Monday.
The decision from U.S. District Court Judge Katharine Polk Failla ruled that Jona Rechnitz would now face sentencing on June 11 instead of the previously scheduled February 16.
