Former Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton bankruptcy and financial restructuring team co-leader David Posner and fellow partner Gianfranco Finizio have joined Lowenstein Sandler, marking the second and third additions to the firm’s bankruptcy practice in as many months.
The two attorneys will work alongside other recent hire Daniel Besikof, formerly of Loeb & Loeb, in Lowenstein’s New York office, where Posner will also serve as vice chair of the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring committee.
