    Case Number: 455, 2023

Chancery court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to blue pencil employer's restrictive covenants after it found the covenants unenforceable due to their scope; however, the chancery court exceeded its scope of authority in ruling on the enforceability of the employer's operating agreement containing the restrictive covenants, which went beyond the scope of the employer's request for a preliminary injunction.
