Third Court of Appeals, Place 2 Justice Edward Smith is running for a second term on the court and faces two challengers in the Democratic primary–appellate and trial attorney Melissa Lorber and Maggie Ellis, a former school teacher who is now a solo practitioner.
Maggie Ellis (above) is one of two attorneys trying to unseat Justice Edward Smith.
