The Fourteenth Court of Appeals, Place 3 race is between the incumbent, Justice Jerry Zimmerer, and three challengers: Chuck Silverman, Velda Renita Faulkner and Mark Ritchie.
Zimmerer hopes to retain the seat he won in 2018 after defeating Republican candidate Brett Busby. Busby went on to be appointed in 2019 to the Texas Supreme Court.
