Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is attempting to halt Elon Musk’s controversial $1 million voter sweepstakes in a newly filed lawsuit.
Krasner sued Musk and his political action committee, America PAC, on Monday over Musk’s recent creation of a daily million-dollar drawing for registered swing-state voters who sign on to a petition circulated by his PAC.
