Domino’s Pizza is back on the hook for a $2.3 million judgment awarded to a motorcyclist who was struck by a delivery driver’s vehicle.
An en banc Pennsylvania Superior Court panel ruled Jan. 31 that Domino’s franchise relationship with the delivery driver’s employer created grounds for the pizza chain to be found vicariously liable for the driver’s negligence.
