Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe continues to expand its team of tax lawyers working in renewable energy, hiring Winston & Strawn partner Mark Christy in Chicago as demand in energy transition grows.
Christy, who does renewables tax equity and tax credit work, joined Orrick on Monday in the renewables and energy transition practice. His move to Orrick’s Chicago office follows the February addition of Greenberg Traurig shareholder Alejandra Garcia Earley, who focuses on project finance and energy tax equity financings.
