Morrison & Foerster is the latest West Coast Am Law 200 firm to match the annual bonus scale set by Milbank earlier this year, in addition to providing special bonuses based on merit and hours worked, according to an internal memo obtained by The American Lawyer.
In addition to adopting the standard industry bonus scale, which ranges from $15,000 to $115,000, the firm is offering special bonuses, high hours bonuses and merit incentives. In total, the potential bonus amounts range from $21,000 to $218,200.
